Products and Services
Rise & Bun offers freshly baked cinnamon buns, pastries, and specialty coffee. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles:
- Wheat and gluten
- Dairy and eggs
- Nuts (including pecans, walnuts, almonds)
- Soy and other allergens
Allergen Notice: While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should speak to our staff before making a purchase.
In-Store Purchases & Catering
In-Store Only
All our products are available for purchase in-store only. We do not offer online ordering or pre-orders at this time. Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, card payments, and contactless payments. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Catering Services
We offer catering for events, parties, and special occasions. Catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed via email. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your requirements.
Stock Availability
We bake fresh daily and often sell out quickly. We recommend arriving early to ensure availability of your favourite items. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
Refunds & Catering Cancellations
In-Store Purchases
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on in-store purchases. If you have any issues with your purchase, please speak to a member of staff immediately.
For catering orders, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 48+ hoursFull refund or free rescheduling available
- 24-48 hours50% refund or one-time rescheduling available
- < 24 hoursNo refund available (ingredients already purchased)
Catering refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days to the original payment method.
